How we organized our work?

Factory team was from day one in charge of design, prototyping, developing and maintenance for all new applications fro Taw9eel eCommerce Group – Taw9eel, Sheeel, and Thouqi.
We provided a native mobile application for iOS and Android, and we built 6 applications for e-commerce websites and 2 applications for internal operations of the group.

What was the biggest selling point of mobile applications?

The biggest selling point is the application stability and the UI which is easy to use. One of the most loved features for the Taw9eel customer was the integration of augmented reality (AR) inside the applications.

How mobile application reflected Taw9eel sales and relationship with customers?

50% of conversions on orders from one website are coming from one application – which is the perfect balance on webshop and mobile application. Responses from Taw9eeel customers were mostly positive, but there were some negative comments about layout problems. As we know how many users Taw9eel has, we needed to come up with a quick solution so now our client has a mobile application which supports both the layouts – English and Arabic.
