Option to allow free input in select editable

What was the issue? 

Select editable doesn’t have an option to allow free input in addition to predefined options.

How did you solve it? 

A new option was added to select editable. Now when you initialize select editable you can pass the ‘editable’ option (value is boolean) and based on that option select editable will either have free input or not.

Why is this fix important?

This is important because it extends select editable and allows free input so now developers can decide if they want to allow editors some more freedom.
